Seeking to hire a Receptionist/Office Administrator for Private Duty In Home Caregiving Service in our Carmel office

Position goal -- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems; serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
.  Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.

. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

. Maintains telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.

. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

.  Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

.  Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and maintaining supply requisitions.

.  Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.

.  Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.

.  Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.

.  Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances.

.  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
