    The Alzheimer’s Association in Ryan Ranch (21 Lower Ragsdale Drive, Suite B in Monterey) will hold a support group for caregivers on Monday May 15 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m.  This is a great way to get information as well as meet with others and share ideas.  It will also help you to unload some of the stress of taking care of someone with Alzheimer’s disease.  Regular readers of my blog know that both my father and my grandmother died from this terrible disease.  I will be walking again this year
