There were a whopping 1,064 new cases of COVID-19 announced this week in Monterey County. There were two new hospitalizations and five new deaths Nationwide, there were 205K new coronavirus cases, bringing the total up to more than 13.2 million. In California, there were over 13K cases over the last week, bringing the total to 1.195 million. There were 1,412 new deaths, bringing the total to 265,284.
